Tracia Roberts is the CEO of Roberts Associates LLC and a seasoned accounting, finance, and tax professional with more than 36 years of industry experience. Her career spans leadership roles in management, treasury, assistant directorship, and project management, giving her a uniquely well-rounded perspective on both operational and strategic finance.

 

Tracia holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Accountancy, along with a Certificate in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School Online. She is currently expanding her technical skill set through a certificate program in Data Analytics, reinforcing her commitment to data-driven decision-making and modern financial practices.

 

For over 15 years, Tracia has taught accounting at the university level, including serving as a Subject Matter Expert in the development of multiple undergraduate accounting courses. She has also contributed to the academic community as an Editorial Reviewer for the Academy of Accounting and Financial Studies Journal.

 

Beyond her professional and academic work, Tracia is passionate about service and leadership. She previously served on the Board of Directors for Emerging Pearls Foundation, where she held the role of Financial Secretary.
