Tracia is the CEO of Roberts Associates LLC and has over 30 years in the field of Accounting, Finance and Tax.  Tracia has earned an MBA and Masters of Science in Accountancy.  As well as has a certificate in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School Online.  Tracia has also been teaching Accounting at the University level for over 15 years.  Tracia was an Editorial Reviewer for Academy of Accounting and Financial Studies Journal.  Tracia currently serves on the Board of Directors of Emerging Pearls Foundation as the Financial Secretary.
